If you have left over rice for
dinner, then there is one great dish waiting for you to prepare in the morning.
It will be perfect for breakfast (well heavy) as is because its rice and it
will keep you full till you get ready for lunch or as well consider this dish
as a good idea for Brunch. Here are the sample ingredients for your
Garden
Fried Rice:
¼ kilo shrimp (remove shell)
¼ cup Green peas
¼ cup Corn kernels
1 egg
Cooked Rice/ Left over rice
Salt
Ground black pepper
Oil
1 chopped onion
How to Prepare:
Just put oil into the pan, sauté
the onion, put the green peas and corn kernels and shrimps. You can also use
butter instead of oil if you want. After this you can now add the left over
rice and then mixed properly as you stir so that it won’t stick at the bottom
of the pan. Make sure the flame is in medium flame only. After this crack the
egg and stir it along the rice. You can also sprinkle green onions or spring
onions if you like.
Some may prefer to put soy sauce
in this recipe, but if you don’t like a dark colored rice, then leave it as is.
I don’t usually put MSG as my seasoning and it is also on your discretion if
you would like to add it. Enjoy your hot garden fried rice with other breakfast
meals like egg, sausage or hotdog and of course with your favorite hot
beverage, enjoy!
